The workout
Each of the following eight movements will be repeated eight times before moving on to the next move, and each new movement will add to the overall sequence (1+2, 1+2+3, 1+2+3+4, and so on). The full sequence will then be done a total of eight times following the ladder up.
5 minutes of warm up and stretching

1) Right and left
lateral lunges

2) Right and left
power lunges

3) Power squat

4) 180 degree
plyometric squat

5) Caterpillar crawl pushup

6) Walking plank

7) Dive bomber

8) Oblique right and left pike
5 minutes of cool down and stretching
